1. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

For standard in-stock items, the MOQ is 30 units. For full OEM customization (private labeling/custom colors), the MOQ typically starts at 100 units depending on the product type.

2. Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes, we encourage quality testing. Samples are usually prepared within 3-5 days. Sample costs can be credited back to your first bulk order.

3. Do you offer custom branding and packaging?

Absolutely. We provide laser engraving on metal hardware, custom woven labels, and branded gift box options to help you build your own brand identity.

4. What are your payment terms?

For first-time B2B orders, we typically require a 30% deposit to start production and the remaining 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T, PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
